Susan is an experienced mentor, coach and trainer with 15 years experience of staff, management and organisation development and she has managed a Training & Development Unit and an Organisational Development Unit. For the past six years has run her own consultancy business. This allows her to work as an associate with AS associates on a regular basis. A consultancy role with the London Borough of Havering involved the design and implementation of a member development programme including induction for new members.
