Geoff has in depth experience of management and administration in large Councils with economic regeneration as a speciality. He was the Chief Executive of Calderdale Metropolitan Council (1977 – 1981) and Chief Executive of Sunderland City Council (1981 – 1993). In recent years he has undertaken a wide variety of consultancy assignments and has undertaken a range of difficult and sensitive investigations.
