Before becoming a management consultant, Denise worked as a corporate policy officer, initially for a trade association and later for local authorities Denise has substantial experience of conducting detailed reviews of the performance and strategic approach of individual services, including the collection and analysis of performance information, data and process benchmarking and customer consultation. Denise has worked on a wide range of projects for public authorities in relation to Equality Duties, strategic planning and policy development.
