Bill Cullen
Bill Cullen is Deputy Chief Executive at Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council and is currently on part-time secondment leading on the Regional Cultural Improvement Programme, funded by the East Midlands Improvement Partnership and Regional Cultural Agencies. Bill is a Chartered Town Planner and has spent much of his career leading major regeneration schemes, have worked in the North East, Hertfordshire, York City and Bedfordshire (where he led on major new settlement proposals). Bill has had overall responsibility for Cultural Services and Regeneration in Hinckley for the last 4 years and is Vice-Chairman of Leicestershire and Rutland Sport - the County Sports Partnership. When he's not playing taxi driver to his 3 girls, he enjoys surfing, football and tennis.
