Arwyn has a BSc and MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He is also a member of the Coaching Psychology Forum and the Association of Business Psychologists. Arwyn has worked for 10 years as an HR professional in the private sector, and for over 16 years he has worked as a business psychologist in the private sector focussing on enabling performance improvement at individual, team and organisational levels. Arwyn is the author of a Coaching Skills Handbook to enable managers to develop their coaching skills to facilitate the development of their team members. He has also co-authored a ‘Self-Assessment Manual’, based on the Business Excellence Model aimed at enabling performance improvement at team and organisational level.
