Leicester Shire & Rutland Improvement Partnership

Welcome to Leicestershire and Rutland Improvement Partnership

Share. Learn. Improve.

The Leicestershire and Rutland Improvement Partnership is a partnership including all authorities across Leicestershire, working together to improve the performance of these authorities, in: Management Development, Member Support, Performance Management.

The LRIP was created following the results of the Comprehensive Performance Assessments in May 2004 for the Leicestershire Districts, which identified common issues and difficulties in these three strands.

The Districts agreed a collective approach to improvement planning for these three strands of activity and to pooling expertise and capacity to move this forward.

The partnership was created to help develop a vision of working together across all the Districts.

Individual participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to develop innovative and creative approaches to improving services.
